It all starts when some well-meaning (yet misdirected) person encourages a budding internet entrepreneur to “start in a niche they know alot about”, or base their business around “something they’re passionate about”…

As horrible as it may sound - they’ve unknowingly sent the hopeful entrepreneur down a path of false expectations, poor results and eventually - failure. In fact, the myth of “do what you love and the money will follow” has been responsible for more failure than likely any other influence - perhaps even more so than laziness or a lack of perseverance.

Because the simple truth of the matter is that the only way you’re going to make real money on the net is if your business is based around two crucial things:

1) Large Demand

2) Buyers

In other words - you aren’t going to get rich selling a $15 ebook about growing square watermelons - even though that might be a great passion of yours.

The demand just isn’t there. Maybe there’s a few searches a day on Google for the topic, and perhaps there’s some interest in the online “gardening enthusiast” communities - but you’d be hard-pressed to make even a few hundred dollars a month from ebook sales.

Similarly, you also aren’t going to have a particularly easy time getting rich by building websites about some seemingly “popular” topics like humor, jokes, funny pictures and so on. And while there are a few ways to “monetize” your site (with AdSense, CPA Offers, CPM Banners, etc.), it takes literally millions of website visitors to make even just a few thousand dollars in markets like that.

The demand is huge - but the visitor value is extremely low…

Instead, if you want to make it big online - pulling down an impressive six-figure income - you need to tap into markets with tons of demand, where the majority of the visitors are valuable.

You need to capture tons of traffic that wants to buy something. If you take this approach, you’d practically have to hijack your own order links (or affiliate links) not to make a sizeable income.

In fact - did you know that some affiliates make several thousand dollars daily just by promoting a single product in hot markets? (Just imagine what the merchant is making…)

In some markets there’s actually so much demand that the vendors are quite literally selling over a thousand units - or more - per day. Digital products, with practically zero overhead/delivery cost.

But it all comes back to tapping into valuable demand. In most cases, it takes no extra effort or “skill” to market to a valuable market than it does to struggle along with something you’re passionate about.

These two factors - demand and buying traffic - are what seperate the “wannabe” marketers from the millionaires. Because there’s no real secret - you just need to sell what thousands of people are already buying.

The 10-Minute Home Workout to Flatten Abs

When you think of a workout, do you think of an hour and a half of sweaty weightlifting, coupled with loud music and pumping testosterone? If so, when I mention an ab workout you probably get an idea that is very off-base. But there is a home workout to flatten abs that you can use every day which will cause results very quickly. And best of all, it’s only 10 minutes.

If you truly have the desire for muscular and flat abs, you probably aren’t too phased by the idea of taking 10 minutes out of your schedule for a quick workout. And don’t try to make excuses like you’re too busy or you have better things to do. If you really have the desire for self-improvement, it isn’t a problem to make 10 minutes. Nobody is that busy.

Six Pack Abs advice

You should plan your workout directly before you plan to eat. Your home workout to flatten abs will tear your muscles up and leave them begging for something to eat in order to rebuild, and it’s best if you eat lots of protein as soon as they are in this state. This results in the most muscle mass.

To start your workout, lie down on the floor and begin doing stomach crunches. You should do them quickly, but still maintain as much form as you can. Do 50 of these. Hopefully by the end your abs have already started to cry for a break; but it’s not time for a break yet, you’re only part of the way done.

After your first round of crunches, it is time for some leg-raises to hit the lower sections of your abdomen. Don’t take a break in between the two exercises. The whole goal is to do a quick and effective workout, so there will be no stopping to catch your breath. Do 25 of the leg raises before you return to neutral position and do 50 more crunches.

After the 50 crunches, you will probably starting to feel an intense burn in your abs. You may be ready to quit, but it’s still not time. Now, do the bicycle exercise - lifting your knees to your chest and performing a crunch with the opposite shoulder, then switching sides. Do 25 of these, and don’t even think about combining the totals of both sides.

After the bicycles, it’s time for the last round of crunches. Pump out 50 more. Think about how you are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and how amazing it that you got this far. You will make it to 50, and it will be painful. But it will be rewarding as well. Now, as you lay in a panting, sweaty, immobile heap, you get to look forward to tomorrow’s 10-minute home workout to flatten abs.

Building Washboard Abs

Many people who want to start building washboard abs don’t know how to begin. Are you one of them?

With the proper exercises, you can get the sculpted, toned abs that you - and others - have been dreaming of.

First things first. Building washboard abs starts with a good diet, and regular cardio exercises, in addition to the exercises we outline here. Go running or walking every day, or try going for a swim.

For washboard abs, the following exercises are recommended:

* Weighted Sit Ups

* Full Body Crunches

* Ball Crunches

* Bicycles

Start slow, and try to gradually work your way up to 20 repetitions of each, several times per week. Don’t increase your reps too fast, or you may risk strain and injury.

Weighted Sit Ups

For this you will need a small weight; anything under five pounds that you can comfortably hold ought to do.

1. Put your feet and back flat on the floor, and bend your knees.
2. Hold the weight to your chest with both hands.
3. Lift your head off the floor, bending at the waist. Keep your feet on the floor.
4. Go up as high as you can and hold it for a second.
5. Lower yourself back down, slowly, and repeat the exercise.

Full Body Crunches

1. Lie down on the floor.
2. Bend your knees and place your hands across your chest.
3. Contract your abdominal muscles.
4. Bring your shoulder blades up off of the floor several inches while bringing your knees up at the same time.
5. Hold this position for a few seconds and then lower yourself.

Ball Crunches

For this one, you’ll need to have an exercise ball.

1. Plant your feet, and sit on the ball.
2. Slowly roll back on the ball, until your thighs and torso are parallel with the floor.
3. Begin raising your torso halfway up, while contracting your abdominal muscles.
4. Stop when you get to a 45 degree angle.
5. Lie back down slowly.

Bicycle

1. Lie flat on the floor.
2. Rest your hands up next to your head and bring your knees halfway up.
3. Begin a bicycling motion with your legs.
4. Alternate between touching your left elbow to your right knee and your right elbow to your left knee. Repeat.

Exercise in the right conditions. You should make sure that you are on a comfortable surface, such as an exercise mat or carpet. Make sure that it’s a little below your ideal temperature, so you won’t get too hot after your workout. And remember to stay hydrated.

1. Abdominal Crunch

You can perform this lying on the ground or leaning on a large fitness ball. This old standby will sculpt your abs like no other exercise out there. Place your hands lightly on the sides of your head and lean your head back. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and then lift your chin towards the ceiling. Even though it sounds odd, the tongue part is really important!

2. Alternating Leg Extensions

Lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Bring both of your knees up into the air, and then extend one leg out in front of you. Keep the other knee pulled in. At the same time, bring your opposite shoulder towards the bent knee. Try to touch your elbow to your opposite knee. Switch sides and repeat.

3. Reverse Crunch

This really helps target the lower abdominal muscles. Lie with your arms out toward your sides and palms against the floor. Lift your hips and bent knees off of the floor by pulling in your lower abs. Then return them to the floor.

These six pack abs muscle exercise should be repeated on alternating days, or every day, depending on your fitness level. Remember to track your progress and give yourself time to sculpt your middle.
