Good but no miracle,
I am 50+ and still have acne breakouts so I use this as a cover-up and acne cream. It does seem to make the breakouts heal faster, though I can not say I noticed a difference overnight. I use the tinted variety because putting regular foundation on top of a breakout always seems to make it worse. Good product.

|Effective for adults,
I have used this product for several years. My skin tends to be on the oily side and prone to breakouts. The skin of adults is not as thick as teenage skin. OTC products to control teenage skin problems tend to be too harsh for adult skin, for example, any product with benzoyl peroxide will actually burn my skin. This product is gentle enough to use every day on adult skin. It absorbs oil nicely and helps to protect against breakouts due to oily adult skin. I have not been able to find Clearasil ADULT Acne Treatment in any drugstore locally, so I always buy it on from the Amazon website.

I’ve been using this ADULT tinted cream for 10 years now and I buy nothing else. This is the only cream out there that will NOT ever eat your skin as others will make your skin red and irritated. You can apply as much as you want even cover your whole face with with at night in bed ( thats what I do) and never and skin irritations as I do have VERY sensitive skin. There is another TINTED version out there but it’s not adult and it WILL destroy your skin so be aware that it must say ADULT on it. And one of the best things about it, it will work as a cover up to hide what blemishes you do have.

I have adult acne breakouts at times due to hormonal fluctuations and don’t want to spend the money on a dermatologist right now or be on heavy-duty medication unless it’s really necessary. I ordered this product as a previous dermatologist had given me a similar product thru her office (which was about $20!). I love this Clearasil stuff much more. The tint doesn’t cover blemishes, so don’t expect to use it as concealer, but it’s got the same ingredients as the expensive stuff from the doctor and smells even better. I absolutely love the scent! Whether it works or not, I can’t really tell a big difference but it sure isn’t making anything worse, it doesn’t really dry out my skin either, and the price is excellent. I will continue to order this product.
